🚭 HOUSE RULES:
1. NOISE CURFEW: Please abide by our strict 10 PM outdoor noise curfew. As long as the party moves inside, all is well!
2. NO PARTIES: Per city ordinance, no parties, events, loud outdoor music, food trucks, or outside vendors are allowed per our city ordinances. The authorities will be called if this rule is broken.
3. NO SMOKING: No smoking in the house, closets, garage, or patios.
4. NO PETS: We're a Hypoallergenic home: our no-pet policy (no cats or dogs) makes the home more comfortable for allergy-sensitive guests.

🛡️ SAFETY AGREEMENTS:
▹▹▹ HOTTUB: Supervise kids at all times. Close the cover when not using. Wash off (kids mostly) before use, especially if they have sand or dirt on them!
▹▹▹ FIREPIT/GRILL: Turn the propane/gas OFF when finished using.
