4. Safely Partnership, Trust & Safety, and Damage Protection

As part of our effort to help guests relax and enjoy their stay, Rainbow Rentals insures participating properties against guest-caused, accidental damage through the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection may be included in the rental rate as a Trust and Safety Fee.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing accidental guest-caused damage to the property up to $1,500 for contents and $1,500 for dwelling.

Information may be shared with Safely and other trust and safety partners where needed to support guest screening, damage protection, insurance coverage, claims review, and related administrative processes.

Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair that exceeds the coverage limits is the responsibility of the Guest. Where applicable, Rainbow Rentals may process payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest.
